Delete your ChatZip account

You can request account deletion from the ChatZip app. Open Profile, tap Delete account, and send the request. ChatZip Admin reviews the request and deletes your account within 7 days.
You can also email chatzip.official@gmail.com and we will process the same request within 7 days.
How to delete from the app
- Open the ChatZip app and sign in with the Google account you want to delete.
- On the home screen, tap your profile photo to open Profile (My Profile).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- You may type an optional reason, then tap Send request.
- The request is sent to ChatZip Admin. Your account, login, profile, and stored profile media are deleted within 7 days after review.
How to delete by email
If you cannot open the app, email us from the same Google address used for ChatZip:
Write “Delete my ChatZip account” in the subject or body. We complete deletion within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your Firebase Auth login so you cannot sign in again
- Personal profile fields (name/email/photo URL/FCM token)
- Profile photos stored under your account folder in Firebase Storage
You can also delete a chat for yourself anytime from the chat menu (Delete all chat). That hides the conversation on your account only.
Messages and media already delivered to other people may remain on their devices. That is how any messenger works. We cannot erase another person’s phone.
